Desiree has more than 20 years business and leadership experience in the professional services sector as a partner, board member and practice leader with a major Australian law firm, helping to guide the business through a period of dynamic change.
She successfully developed new capabilities and services, built long-standing client relationships and supported the careers of many excellent people. Desiree is an accredited executive and organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and a trained conflict coach with the Resolution Institute. Her broad understanding of the organisational landscape includes additional skills and knowledge gained through a Masters degree in Dispute Resolution involving studies in: managing people and change; leadership and business ethics; the role of values and culture in driving business success; and constructive conflict management.
Having successfully combined family responsibilities with a challenging career and fostering the careers of many other women, Desiree is a strong supporter of gender diversity and inclusion.
